The Alzheimer Society of Montreal invites you to the conference: « J’ai la mémoire qui flanche ». This January during the Alzheimer Awareness Month, Dr. Sven Joubert, Neuropsychologist and Professor at the Université de Montréal will inform us about the warning signs of the disease, diagnosis as well as differentiation between the changes of memory linked to normal ageing and those linked to Alzheimer’s disease.
This conference will be hosted by Mr. Patrice Roy, journalist and news broadcaster of Le Téléjournal 18H on Radio-Canada. Join us on Thursday, January 27th, 2011, from noon to 2 P.M., on the Grande Place of Complexe Desjardins (Place-d’Armes metro station and Place-des-Arts metro station). |

The Alzheimer Society of Montreal invites you to walk for the cause. The Walk for Memories 2011 will take place on the Quays of the Old Port and in the Old Montreal on Sunday, May 29, 2011.

The Alzheimer Society of Montreal invites young montrealers to participate to the « Young Guardians of Memory » project.
This project which also includes a contest, is aimed at all students attending a francophone or an anglophone high school located on the Island of Montreal. Through this project, students will find the opportunity to enrich their individual life experiences by helping people affected by a disease linked to memory loss. An extraordinary project with great prizes and the chance to live an unforgettable experience!
